Loan Officer – Marketing

Job Responsibilities

  • Seeking and building new relationships with potential borrowers.
  • Originate and generate new commercial real estate and business loans.
  • Providing excellent customer service from loan application to loan closing.
  • Cooperating with colleagues during the loan origination process.
  • Maintaining healthy relationships with current borrowers.
  • Answering prospective loan inquiries and questions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Mandarin preferred).
  • Basic understanding of credit/loan process & procedures.
  • PC literate in Microsoft Word & Excel and Email.
  • US Citizenship or Green Card.

Education & Experience

  • College degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-3 years banking and/or finance experience.

 

Bank Teller - Operations

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitating customer transaction including wire transfers, payments, checks.
  • Managing and reconciling cash drawer on daily basis.
  • Counting and preparing cash shipments.
  • Recordkeeping of transactions, checks, and routine Operation reports.
  • Cooperating with colleagues and coordinating with BSA department.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining healthy relationships.
  • Answering prospective customer inquiries and questions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Mandarin preferred).
  • PC literate in Microsoft Word & Excel and Email.
  • US Citizenship or Green Card.

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
